Lingerie is our passion

fishbelly lingerie is not only sold in Berlin's Hackesche Höfe, but is also designed and made there with great attention to detail. Underwear is worn next to the skin. That's why we believe in lingerie that makes you look good and feel good. This also includes a careful selection of the materials that we use. These should not only look good, but also meet the Oeko-Tex standards for textiles that have been tested for harmful substances.

fishbelly lingerie was founded by me right after studying fashion in Berlin. As a lingerie designer, I won design awards early on, for best new lingerie label and for French elegance. My first lingerie shop opened in Berlin-Schöneberg, then moved to Berlin-Mitte to Sophienstrasse in the Hackesche Höfe, moved to Berlin-Neukölln (the photo above was taken there) and then I went to Hong Kong for six years!

It was a very exciting time with interesting new impressions. China is known as the world's workbench and almost all large companies have their products manufactured in China or Asia. This enabled me to further develop my lingerie expertise. I worked as a lingerie designer for Triumph Asia, designed for a large manufacturer for Lidl and Tchibo and was responsible for product development in China for the Swiss department store chain Manor and for Breuninger from Stuttgart. And of course in Hong Kong there was also a fishbelly lingerie shop in Soho on Hollywood Road. 

But then I was drawn back to Berlin, to my old home - the Hackesche Höfe in Berlin-Mitte! The new lingerie studio with lingerie shop is now centrally located in Hof VII in Berlin's most beautiful courtyard ensemble. I see it as my main task to create a feel-good place for all lingerie lovers and fans. We want you to feel not only comfortable but also supported (body positivity!) and maybe even embark on new adventures. And if you're not in Berlin, you can shop conveniently onlin

In addition to retail sales, we prepare our lingerie collection for the major lingerie fairs in Paris and New York. With success: fishbelly lingerie has already been purchased by exclusive houses such as KadeWe in Berlin, Oberpollinger and Ludwig Beck in Munich, Galeries Lafayette in Paris, Henry Bendel New York, Frederick's of Hollywood, Topshop and Fenwick in London, Mon Amour in Moscow, Globus in Switzerland, as well as the largest company Victoria's Secret in the USA and the Internet giant ASOS based in London.
