  • Free of charge (order and pay online, pick up in store or, due to the current Corona regulation, contactless pick-up in front of the store in the Hackesche Höfe)

Shipping within Germany 🇩🇪:

  • Standard domestic shipping 4.90 EUR - from 100 EUR order value free of charge
  • Express delivery 15.00 EUR after consultation possible


 Shipping within the EU countries 🇪🇺:

  • Standard shipping within the EU 9.90 EUR
  • Express delivery 19.00 EUR after consultation possible

Shipping to the United Kingdom 🇬🇧:
  • Standard shipping via Evri/Royal Mail €10.00
  • Shipping via UPS €17.50

Shipping to Switzerland🇨🇭:
  • Standard shipping €15.00
  • Express delivery €22.00 available upon request

Shipping abroad outside the EU countries 🌎:
  • Standard shipping to the rest of the world 19.90 USD
  • Express delivery 39.00 USD after consultation possible


For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional costs for customs clearance and other import and import fees are to be borne by the customer. Our invoices contain the invoice amount to be paid without any additional charges. For more information, please contact your local customs and tax authorities.
